David Middlebrook, CPA

Managing Member

David has over 10 years of experience in accounting and tax. He provides accounting, tax, and consulting
services to individuals and small to mid-size businesses. His area of expertise is tax consulting, planning,
and compliance for closely-held companies and their owners.

He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee majoring in Accounting and
Finance and minoring in International Business. He completed his Master of Business Administration
degree from Lincoln Memorial University.

He enjoys networking and building relationships out in the community. He serves on the board of the
Nashville Chapter of TSCPAs and has held officer positions such as treasurer and VP. He also served as a board member of Barefoot Republic Camps because Christian based youth camps helped him a lot as a child. When he is not working or out serving the community he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dana, and three kids, David Jr, Dylan, and Danielle.
